Maria dropped in at a Catholic Charities Women’s Center. She had several miscarriages and began to think she could never have a child. The staff welcomed and consoled Maria, and they offered to help her. She was referred to a medical doctor who would consider her situation, and she was reminded that even children who die in the womb have a soul. Maria said, “For the first time in many years, I have hope.” To learn more, visit www.CatholicCharitiesUSA.org
